for the next
First Sundays at Rowe on February
7th starting at 1:30 p.m.
Education Director
Keanna Leonard will instruct this fun, interactive, family-friendly
program where you will learn how to use binoculars and field guides, and
steps to help you identify birds. Then you will put your new found
skills to work and help our resident volunteer birders identify birds out
along the trails. For those not wanting to brave the cold, we can sit at
the windows and watch our wintertime feathered friends feasting at the
feeders. If you don’t have your own set of binoculars, no need to worry.
We will have binoculars you can use.
To
help ward off the winter chill, we will have hot chocolate and cider
ready. So come, bring the whole family, tell your friends and join
us for a great afternoon exploring nature.
